Im zweiten Teil wird das Strukturmodell zur Betrachtung kooperativer Arbeitsbeziehungen erklärt. Im Anschluss daran, werden die Erfahrungen und Einschätzungen der Pädagoginnen/Pädagogen von Kooperation und Teamarbeit im Rahmen von Integrationsklassen an vier Wiener Schulen dargelegt.
